Story of Service

Established in childhood, this sister act embarked on a journey of endless hours filled with singing and dancing. It all began with the older sister, whose passion for performance ignited the spark. Soon, her younger sibling caught up, and together they formed a dynamic duo. Fueled by their family's love for the arts and guided by wise words, these sisters were instilled with a profound appreciation for the art of authentic performing. They have a genuine passion for true performance, not focused on the spotlight, but rather on the artist's connection with the audience. Their humble yet confident personalities serve as a testament to the authenticity they bring to each show. 

Their performance venues range from family gatherings and local community events to national clogging competitions, the Carolina Opry, and even as far as South America with their mission team. Their formal dance training began at about the age of three. They have exposure to most dance forms but have honed their skills in clogging. They find participant success when teaching the basic steps to family, friends, and new audiences, sharing a good time together. Unrestricted by recorded music, they can creatively make it happen anywhere and at any time. Find someone with a guitar or simply have the group clap to a beat, and a show is born. 

For Abby and Kala, performing is a service through which they share their God-given talents. Their primary focus is on bringing joy to an audience, understanding that the act is a shared experience that transcends the stage. Founding the "Abby  & Friends" service initiative has  not only allowed them to love on children in children's hospitals and elderly in retirement homes, but also provide a fun time for the staff (some who love to join in the demo time.)  This story of authenticity and service  will continue to grow as they cross paths with the so many wonderful people they meet along the way.
